Abbey Healthcare was established on the 4th July 1998. After previously working for Doncaster NHS Wheelchair Services for many years. Mick Parkin (owner) decided to form his own company retailing Healthcare and Mobility related equipment, hence the foundation of Abbey Healthcare.

Whilst working for the NHS Mick worked alongside many Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Rehabilitation Engineers and other Healthcare Professionals.

With this knowledge of equipment, understanding clients needs and years of technical experience Abbey Healthcare’s policy is to offer a truly professional assessment, sales and after sales service.
